Dr. Thomas Ramolla joined the Klinikum Stuttgart, as Head of the OR management team for 3 hospitals in the Stuttgart region, working on the coordination of 55 operating theatres. From 2005 to 2017 he was head of the Institute of OR Management at Klinikum Ingolstadt and responsible for his own practice of ambulatory surgery. Today he is a board member of the German association for OR management (VOPM) and is involved in many presentations and publications on best practices in OR management.
