With over 20 years of experience, Doug is a leading commercial and technical executive, specializing in providing leadership around the development and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects and programs. This includes all forms of contracting structures from conventional delivery through to complex Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transactions.

Doug has led business case, procurement and construction implementation stages for public and private infrastructure programs across a variety of sectors.
